This is handled by the Secro partition. Was that not ticked during the flash? Format followed by  flash often damages the IMEI requiring a repair as per the suggested tutorial. Your only issue now may likely be a deceptive 'rooted status' by Kingo. Try to rooting again.

OK - I suggest you try rooting (and maybe flashing again first). I had this issue with a Mobicel Onyx one time. Kingo will give a deceptive 'rooted' report at times.
