I have bought a Vodacom Smart kicka 2 phone. I have put my Cell C sim in phone can receive calls but next to the network is an exclamation mark. What do I do. I also loaded 200mb data but cannot connect

Hi. Please follow the same steps suggested in the answer here: If you issue persists, then you will need to try other carrier SIMs and observe. If the issue remains, then you will need to take the Smart Kicka 2 back to the retailer.
