Supp Guys,I've got A Nokia Lumia 2520 Tab that's AT&T locked. Followed their unlocking procedure by Requesting the unlock code online and received it a few days later. Now I'm Having a problem where I don't get the option of entering the code anywhere,no error message requesting the code be entered after inserting my local SIM,nothing. Followed the process suggested by AT&T customer care of opening their All Access App on the desktop after a reboot, with my local sim inserted but nothing. They checked my service provider for compatibility issues but still can't get to the bottom of it.  Took a FAT CHANCE and contacted CellC,8Ta,Vodacom for help as I have data SIM cards with them, BUT JA...I know,Not sure what I was thinking. Might as well of thrown myself in front of a bus.

Came across this website in search of contact details for Nokia Customer Care, Cape Town who AT&T suggested I take the tab to.Thought I'll give the site a go So anyone able to assist please?

Hey MGP, your issue must be corrupt cache related. Start off by resetting the Lumia 2520 by navigating to Settings > About > Reset you phone ... and confirm. When the reset and initial setups are done, tap to open the AT&T All Access App and see if you do not get the 8 digits unlock PIN request.
