Hi, I have a Netsurfer tablet dual and the keybord has just gone missing.  From one of your previous responses i understand i need to clear the cache.  Can you help with how please?

Also, you can download and use a Keyboard app (if the stock keyboard is permanently corrupted) you download from Google Play store or as an apk using you browser. Just search for 'Google Keyboard' > and the select it under Settings > Language & locale/input...

Hi, i cannot get onto internet as i have to add a password for the network.  

I will see if i can get a unprotected network somewhere.  Other than that, i suppose i can just reset...

If you have an enabled screen lock, then you could also try clearing cache via the recovery mode. You can access that by following one of the following combination. Then when on the Recovery menu, select 'Wipe cache partition and and reboot the device and observe.
