uids on the system are inconsist

My son's tab keeps on giving me this msg "UIDs on your system are inconsistent, you need to wipe your data partition or your device will be unstable". i done hard reset but it keeps popping up. the tablet restarts everytime and it keeps closing settings. It is a netsurfer tablet fmt-nt7a44-01

Hi. Open the tablet's back cover, copy and share with us a board ID that looks something like this:

OK can you look at one of the tablet's black chips written MediaTek and advise if you something like: MT8312V

As for reloading the software, we can do it for you over the internet at a R100 if you have access to a PC with internet. Otherwise, you will need to have this done for you at your nearest phone repairs shops.
