i dont know me too whats wrong with these cherry tablets,the pins are ok theres is no short,but still Insert Sim these are nearly new tablets,,,please if any one has a solution please share

  • Make sure the SIM card is registered/activated. Try another SIM card.
  • Check the SIM card position and condition (Wipe the SIM card contacts)
  • Make sure airplane mode is not active

Return the tablet to your retailer to claim warranty.
