I did get to the exclamation mark thing, but when I press hard reset it doesn't give me the option to answer and it only provides no as an answer. Have tried to press all buttons

Please kindly get to the Exclamation mark screen and we try to access the Android System recovery together from there - and by "all buttons", do you mean to say that you tried the touch buttons at the bottom?

Yes I have tried all the buttons at the button and nothing happens. I tried rebooting but the pass code screen is still there when I switch it on again

Ok - how exactly does the exclamation mark screen you get looks like? Is it within a triangle? Do kindly be patient with us as we have to deal with new devices almost every time.

Sin Commandos = No Command. One of the buttons should display the "Android Recovery Menu
1. You say you tried short pressing/tapping all (both press and touch) buttons namely Power, Vol up, Vol Down, Options, Home and Back to no avail - for that reason, we will skip this
2. Try access the Exclamation mark screen and retry all these key respectively, but quickly double tap/press each one intead this time and see if any of them will not display the recovery menu.
3. Also try Volume up followed by the Volume down key (or vice verse) and observe.

Kindly comment back with the results.
