My ag mobile does not switch on after i had download something on the internet ,when you switch it  on it only shows ag mobile powered by Android , i tried flashing it bt still no change pliz help me with wat i should do some one told me that i need 2 download the software bt i dont know anything pliz help help

Hello' You mean you have tried a hard reset? We can flash the device for you remotely (over the internet) for R100 If you are not comfortable flashing the device yourself. Contact us from here.
