  1. Visist https://mail.google.com/mail/
  2. Signin by entering your login credentials if need be
  3. Look up the Google Hangouts icons (small black icons) at the bottom left of the screen - one for the "Hangouts Conversations, the second one for Hangouts Contacts and the last one for the Hangouts Phone Call.

You may have to scroll to the bottom from your Gmail interface.
