Help with domain name registration and web hosting

Hi

I want to create a website by myself, but where can I buy a domain name at a good price. I want to use Wordpress to create my website. Where can I register a domain name and host my website? And is it possible to register a domain at one place while hosting the website with somebody else?

Hi. The answer to your last question is yes. While we use WebAfrica (who acquired our original host), I recommend AfriHost who can both offer you a domain name hosting service (and a good customer service) for a good price.

Yes they do. On you cPanel dashboard you will have the Softaculous script install which lets you search and install popular scripts automatically.

We have not tried EliteHost but I have of late come to the conclusion that AfriHost &  WebAfrica are by far the best available in SA. I tried MWEB and can NOT say the same.
