Am exhausted and loosing my cool my Cherry tab can't read data connection it's always searching for WiFi. it is new and I'm still trying to sign up but failing .pliz help

Hello' Reset the Mobicel tablet to factory default and if that does not fix then take it back to your retailer for warranty coverage. You can follow the instructions here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/10994/Mobicel-Cherry-Firmware-Download-Flashing-Tutorial if you are out of warranty.

This will also happen if you have an incorrect APN settings. Settings > More... Mobile networks > Access Point Name > ... then check as per your carrier settings
