I have a Telefunken Tablet TEL7JD and the screen is unresponsive, pressing on the power button doesn't help

.I have a Telefunken Tablet TEL7JD. The screen is unresponsive. Pressing on the power button doesn't help at all. Nothing comes on. It was fully charged and is still not responding if I do connect the charger. Any ideas on what to do? Bought the tablet about two weeks ago

While it is common for Android powered devices to freeze internally, the device my also put off this behavior due to a mechanical failure. Have you tried inserting a paper clip through the small reset hole? These reset holes comes in very handy in cases where the device freezes as their batteries are not always easily removable. Do kindly comment below if the reset hole does not do the trick.

Hey Noni, the TEL7JD is a WiFi tablet - it does not take a SIM card. It can only connect to the internet through WiFi and it does not have any cellular feature.

im using a superfly tablet and the problem is that it my turn on but after an android logo appears it went blank, ive try to press the reset button but still same problem appears

Hi. Do you also have a TEL7JD? It sounds like you have a corrupt firmware or main software which will need to be reloaded. You will therefore need to open your tab's back cover and lookup a number like: K0-QW-2.1 ...It does not have to be exact
