I forgot the lock pin on my AG Ultra Chrome screen and need to recover or replace it but dont know how to by pass the pin is there a option or how can I recover my pin without having to reset to factory settings or loose data

Hey - there is a complete tutorial on resetting a forgotten PIN off the AG Chrome Ultra. Only note that this will result in a complete deletion of all your user data.

The problem with the option to retain data is that we at this end remains unsure that you are the real owner of the pin-locked  AG Chrome Ultra and not someone who is trying to compromise someone else's privacy.
