do you have a rom for THIS HISENSE U602 COZ MIne it stuck ok on privacy protectoon i hav tried everything to wipe this phone but no luck and i dnt hav a volcano box to flash this and sp_flASH TOOL DOESNT DETETCT THE PHONE and i have install the drivers already

Which Windows version do you have? 32 or 64 bits?

i did download this firmware (http://www.needrom.com/download/hisense-u602/) am using windows 7 n the operating sytem is 64bits and i did try tried on different pc but the sp-flash gives me this error BROM ERROR: S_BROM_CMD_STARTCMD_FAIL (2005)
