I have flashed the ag boost with the flas file your sent me but the phone is still stuck on ag mobile logo

First you should be comforted to know that the file you have been given has been used several times with success. With that said, your issue should be owing to corrupt cache or userdata (common after flashing). What you need to do is to boot into recovery and wipe data. If that does not help, then you need to format the ROM prior to flashing. Do this by clicking: Format > Auto format flash > Format whole flash (except bootloader) > Start > Connect >... you get Format OK > then flash as normal.
