Question

I have a mobicel pure phone and my google play services aren't updating ,and because of that most of my google apps aren't working I can't delete it I tried clearing all info from it as well as google play store, I factory reset the phone as well ,should I /or can I put a diferent custom ROM onto the phone ,do you think that with help

Hey its a mobicel Hi PURE dual Sim android 6.0
Ideally I just wanted my google play services to work ,but it doesn't so putting a custom ROM should help
Do you know any good custom ROMs or any other way to update my play services
