How to hard reset AG Whutz Zappa

Follow the instructions below to hard reset your AG Whutz-Zappa

  1. From home screen press the manu button
  2. Press settings
  3. Scroll down to "Restore settings"
  4. Enter your password and and then press ok

If you forgot your AG Whutz-Zappa password and you have access to a PC, then this here: http://roms.satechhelp.co.za/product/mobicel-clicka-resetformat-tool/ should also work for you. Do let us know.
