To hard reset your NetSurfer DUAL in cases where you have forgotten your pattern, screen-lock PIN or if the tab is freezing, do the following. 

1. Turn the NetSurfer off
2. Press and hold both the Volume Up and the Power button at the same time until the normal NetSurfer DUAL logo displays
3. The Android robot should soon display on the screen - laying down with its bowels opened
4. Short press the Power Button display the Android Recovery Menu
5. Scroll down using the Volume Down key/button and highlight "Wipe data/factory reset" 
6. Short press the Volume Up key/button to confirm selection
7. Scroll down using the Volume Down key/button and highlight "Yes --- delete all user data"
8. Short press the Volume Up key/button to confirm selection
9. Wait until it shows "Data wipe compete" at the bottom with the "Reboot now" option highlighted
10. Short press the Volume Up key/button to confirm selection and thereby restart the tab
