Sorry for the slight delay in answering - Is your device's model number like Metro or METRO? Kindly comment below using the comment button below and we will try and walk you through the steps that should work. Please note that the model number is not printed on the battery but on the sticker behind the battery.  just remove the battery and you will see a white sicker on the phone.
