Sorry for the slight delay in answering - Is your device's model number like Metro or METRO? Kindly comment below using the comment button below and we will try and walk you through the steps that should work. If it is METRO which it should most likely be, then the reset directions that should work in your case

Please note that the model number is not printed on the battery but on the sticker behind the battery.  just remove the battery and you will see a white sicker on the phone.
