Hi,
I'm Durand KOUEDEU MBIAWA. I'm from Cameroon. My brother sent me during the month of march 2016 A new brand Tablet Verssed Motion E1.1. Since a couple of week, the phone began to go off eventhough  a battery was fully charged 10 mNn before. Last Saturday, it went off and when i putt it in charge, only the logo of verssed come out and disappear a couple of second after. This scénario is keep going on tha's appearance of the logo and dissapearance.
What is the problem? Where may i change the battery of my tablet here in Cameroon? I think that the Tablet is Under warranty, so where can Verssed changes it ?

Hi. For warranty, it needs to be taken back to its retail country. Otherwise, you could try a firmware reload if the Verssed logo appears and reappears on its own. Especially if the tablet actually use to restart instead of shutting down before the logo issue arose. Yes you should only find a stock battery from around South Africa as well. Which could be free if taken in under warranty.
