Hey Thembi, Sorry for the delayed reply - you can contact Net1 Mobile Solutions as per the directions here www.satechhelp.co.za/482/how-to-stop-umoya-manje for assistance with retrieving the unused voucher.

I do not have an active Umoya Manje account to test with but I reckon there should be an option in the same *130*4444# menu offering the retrieval of the last vaucher generated. We can Chat Live here http://satechhelp.co.za/chat if you are available and I would try and walk you through the menu. Let me know.
