AG mobile Chrome Ultra Error

Hi
Why am i recieving this error when trying to flash AG mobile Chrome Ultra using Sp flash tool [EMI] Enable DRAM Failed

Hi. Did you flash the Preloader as well - like using 'format+download'. This error relates to an incompatible Preloader. Please see the warning in orange here:

When flashing I always untick Preloader and i always just use the download only button

That is good enough, Sir. Then you may want to try a different SP Tool version, set connection option to with or without battery or try a different PC in case it is a driver sensitivity. You should be at ease to know that this firmware has been tested with success and shared with several other clients.
