How to hard reset Vodafone VF-200.

Hello. Please follow the instructions below.

  1. Turn off your Vodafone VF-200.
  2. Press and hold the Power button + Volume down button at the same time for about 30-50 seconds or until recovery appear.
  3. Scroll to 'Wipe data/ factory restore' (scroll with Volume Down)
  4. Confirm selection with the Power button
  5. Scroll to 'Yes---delete all user data'
  6. Again, confirm with the Power button
  7. Wait until you see Wiping complete
  8. Short press the Power button to 'Reboot now'.

You get chines when you press the power button + volume up. But now press the power button + Volume down.

in case of chinese language you will see e M M C click on it.

Good Day. I am having the same problem in hardresetting my VFC200. When i press the Volume up and power button i get Chinese language. When i press Vloume down and power button nothing happens. Please urgently advise. Thank You. S

The instructions on step 2 above says press Power button + Volume down button not the Power button + Volume up.
