Herry Mr Harris, while this may be an issue as simple as having to reload the device's Stock or Custom ROM or firmware, it sadly can also be an issue as serious as a machanical failure on the device's main PCB. The latter will require that you take the device to an authorised service centre for diagnosis and service.

Hello; Harris

Try the instructions below

1. Put your phone in to recovery mode and choose the clear CACHE option.

2. Uninstall apps that you are not using (always make sure that  the phone have enough internal free space)

3. Check if the problem is not caused by an unsupported application( I had the same problem on my android phone but it was only happen when I play Real football 2013)

4. Check system update for your phone (update if possible)

5. If  the problem still continues "Hard Reset" might be your last option
