Hi please help, my vivo has block me it suddenly requested me to enter my privacy protection password yet on the key pad it displays the emergency call only not the one i also use numbers and alphabets . what can i do as a result i took it to shouth gate telkom shop as is a contract phone. was rejected the story short they wanted the uti delivery paper with IMEI number which i have forgot to take from the guy who was delivering and made the call to telkom for contract details but still refused to help.
