Hello. If you are using your AG mobile's original charger then Remove the battery, connect the phone to a charger without the battery, press and hold the power button for 20-30 seconds, put the battery back, let the phone charge for at least 5 minutes, if this does not seems to fix then try another charger' may be the charger is defected.
