how do I get whatsapp back on my AG chrome selfie

I wanted to disable whatsapp and it was uninstald. Now it stop to instal if i decline on any of other stuff. Android is the biggest this world it took my an hour to tipe the info.

I  did follow the link you provided nou it shou that it is running but still can not access when i try to open my whatsapp it show the download and go back in queued so now what?????? It is urgent please .Have no other way to talk with my daughteir
