My fondi tablet is frozen and won't turn off

What can I do to unfreeze my tablet? once my cellphone freezes I remove the battery to force turn off. What are possible reasons for my tab to freeze? please help' this tab is new.

You can force restart a fondi tablet by a tap of  the RESET button at the side/back of device.

The reset button referred is normally located within a pin hole. Making it necessary to use a pin to both reach and press it. Simple short press it with a pin and all should well. No, this action will not delete any user data or apps currently stored in the Fondi tablet's memory.
