Hi. If you can have the broken screen, we installed it for you locally or you can order the replacement part only from us (touchscreen R300 incl shipping or the LCD R400 incl shipping), otherwise, you can mail the tablet to us via SAPO and we will replace it for you - you are charged for the part and mailing, the replacement labour is essentially free. This will cost you an extra R100 to mail the tablet to us. Only note that if you can still see the pictures/graphics when the tablet is turned on, then you will only need to order the R300 touchscreen.
