Phone never sync with Google account.

Just before you began' make sure your Vodafone vf685 is fully charged or connect your phone to a charger for safety reasons.

Turn off you Sansui cosmic p1002

First' try pressing the volume up together with the power button until the phone light up if the phone does not take you into recovery mode then try the volume down together to with the power button 

On the recovery mode' use the volume up/down to move the highlighter.

Now' Press the volume down button to move the highlighter down to "wipe data/factory reset" and then press the power button ( Don't press and hold the power button this time just "tab" and release fast).

  • Now' Press the volume down button again to move the highlighter to "yes delete all user data".  then press the tap the power button again to confirm or to start the hard reset process.

  • You will have to wait for your to complete, normally a hard reset process takes less than 15 sec

  • When the phone is done use the volume button to move the highlighter to "Reboot"  and then tab the power button to confirm your selection and your phone will restart automatically.

  • And you are done.
