I bought a Mobicel Matrix 2-3 weeks ago then all of a sudden the screen became unresponsive. After i press the power button i cannot key in my pattern, i can not even turn off phone propely because the screen is not working.. Tried a reset but the [=] doesn't do anything.

Hello. If a hard reset did not fix this then you probably have a defected touch screen. If the touch screen does not have cracks, if you still have the receipt and if you are still within the 12 month warranty period then I suggest you visit your retailer to claim warranty coverage or else visit your local phone repair shop.
