Question

AG Mobile Access, keeps on going off even when battery shows full. Hard reset already but still the same.  Says system software up to date. Do I need to replace battery?.I see on previous questions you suggested replacing the battery.  Can it be a firmware problem as well?  I've already replaced the charger unit and the repairs starting to be more expensive than what the tablet is worth.  Should I start with firmware or battery?

Hello. Says for example it turns off while the battery is full then you turn it on' does the battery still indicates full? if not then you must replace it, if yes then i suggest you cleen the battery contacts on both the battery and the phone using a dry soft cloth.
