Question

I downloaded the ag firmware and flashed the 4ne but, it hangs on the AG logo. Help plz my client is coming to day.

It has been tested and shared with a great many other technicians with no issues. IF the suggestion there still does not help, then you will need to try an run a memory test to ensure you are not looking at a defect hardware-borne issue.

Also, consider formatting the firmware prior to flashing. Do this by clicking: Format > Auto format flash > Format whole flash (except bootloader) > Start > Connect >... you get Format OK > then flash as normal.

The thing with it is that the USRDATA file is not available and that prevents the two options(Format All + Data and Firmware Upgrade) options to be selected.

With 'Format+Download' you will get the Preloader flashed as well and thus run a brick risk as some devices uses varying preloader versions. To format the device's firmware, simply follow the steps on the previous comment. As for userdata, I expect you must already know that it is a file that will be rebuilt when the device boots up for the first time after the flash and thus is is not compulsory that it should be inclusive in a firmware pack.
