Factory restore of AG Chrome Swift

followed the instructions bt still it say i mat enter the privacy protection password to unlock

hello

your phone must be on off mode' switch it off and follow the instructions below

You have to press both volume up and the power button to get in the recovery mode and then use the volume buttons to move the highlighter and the power to confirm.
