Hey Samatha, Go here http://satechhelp.co.za/366/how-do-i-hard-reset-for-zte-tracfone-model-z768g-midnight?show=366#q366 and follow the tutorial as is and choose "Wipe cache partition" instead on the "Wipe data/factory" option instead. Wait until the cache partition is wiped. Choose the Reboot option and see if it will now go past the Tracfone logo. It may be sadly necessary to finally resort to the "Wipe data/factory reset" option if the condition is not improved by the wiping of cache.
