ag chrome swift wont power on after factory resetting just shows"no command"

Hello

Try the instructions below

1. Enter the recovery mode again

2. Then choose wipe/clear cache

3. When clearing cache is done, Switch off your phone and remove the battery for 2min.

Please try these instructions above. if then same problem still continues' the reloading firmware is your last option.
