If you have a ZTE Blade device that has a bootloop, forgotten pattern or other related issue, the .pac ROM or firmware file discussed in the answer section below may be you best recourse. It is flashable through ResearchDownload and the steps to it are included.

The ZTE Blade C310 is a Spreadtrum chipset based device and flashable through ResearchDownload or similar SPD tools. Two ROMs in .pac are made available on the below link. Use ROM1 and check if the device is not sorted. Then use ROM2 if ROM1 did not help. ROM1 is tested

1. Download the pack here (Flasher) and extract it
2. Install the Spreadtrum drivers (32/64 bit - depending on your system)
3. Order, download and extract the ZTE Blade C310 .pac firmware or ROM from http://roms.satechhelp.co.za/product/zte-blade-c310-firmwarerom-pac/
4. Then open the extracted Spreadtrum_Flasher + Drivers folder > open the ROM Flasher folder > double click on the 'ReaserchDownlod' file with a black chip and two green arrows icon
5. With the flasher loaded > click on the gear icon on the far left > browse to and load the ZTE Blade C310 .pac firmware file by double clicking on it
6. Again click on the 2nd button with 2 gears buttons > click Backup > remove all  13 black ticks > click OK
7. Then click the Play like icon (Start Downloading)
8. The connect the ZTE Blade C310 table with volume down held down
9. The download should start > proceed and end up at 100% ---
10. At which stage click the Stop icon (Square)
11. Disconnect and power up the ZTE Blade C310.
