Where can I find firmware for AG Chrome Ultra

I need a firmware, ROM or flash file for my AG Chrome Ultra by AG Mobile. It is asking for a Privacy Protection Password and I have long forgotten it and I learned that by formating and then flashing a new stock ROM or firmware, this Protection Password can be cleared. Thanks

Please note that you will need a computer to flash the phone' if you don't have access to a computer please click HERE

There is a very big silence from the AG company concerning reloading firmware on their AG android phones, I tried to contact them through their email address' I did not receive an answer from them,  but I sent another email today. You can also contacting them by phone.
