Ohk yes that is true. To reload a full firmware, use the Mobile Upgrade tool that is on the 3rd or 4th link from the links you received. What was the issue with the tab otherwise?

I only saw it later. With the 3rd link, do I use SPFlash Tool. Is there a tutorial provided?

The Upgrade Tool does not require a flasher. It is a flasher itself. You only need internet connection. Then you run it and then select VF1100 and execute and connect the device when prompted to.
