Hey - Please kindly advise as to what the Smart Kicka does when a non-Vodacom SİM is inserted and we will try and advice as to what it is that may be the issue and equally suggest what it is you are to do to fix it (or to ger the VF685 to accept all South African mobile wireless service provider SİMs).
