Alternative to that, the next best way to get by will be to contact AG Mobile & Go's Customer Service directly at 086 124 3333 - they will then provide you with their service center's postal address (most likely situated in JHB) for you to mail the tablet to them. You will also be advised as to how you are going to be quoted and your payment options. You will probably not be able to find the right part from local third party repairs centers. You can also go via your retailer if you bought it locally to avoid mailing expenses.
