Unable to install google seach engen on internet explorer 11

Last week I could not install it, nothing was happening when I press the install button.

Do check if it is not already installed - do so by: Clicking on the Bing icon on the far left of the search/address field and see if the Google 'g' icon does not appear together with the Bing icon on the drop down menu that appears. Kindly keep us posted as you get along :)
