I forgot what is my password on my mobile have not been using it for a while please help

This will depend particularly on the model number of the AG device itself. Though it must be emphasized that recovering a password is not very common. The option usually available is to hard reset the device to its factory defaults - which process normally reset the forgotten password. Please do advice on the AG device model number you have and we will gladly assist further. The model number is located under the battery on a white sticker.
