my ag chrome selfie screen has frozen...it wont let me swipe at all

Hello
Press and hold the power button for 10-15 sec to force restart your phone, if the phone does not restart then you have to remove the battery and clear cache before you turn your phone on.

  • To clear cache before you turn your phone on' you need to enter the recovery mode and choose wipe/clear cache.

This should resolve your issue. If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required.

You will then have to hard reset your phone
