Well - the best way may be to let us know when you are available that we may Chat Live from here http://satechhelp.co.za/chat to try and find a walk around. Otherwise, reset procedures can normally be hindered by a defect hardware key, failure to respond within the provisioned time frame or corrupt recovery partition.

there is no Chat Live option in the link provided. Hard reset is not working on my vodacom smart tab 3g. After hard reset, the circle turns and turns and turns, loading, but never getting to the main menu. What do I do to get it working??

Hey Aadam, that Live Chat system was ever since relocated and recently laid off (we expect to have it up and running again soon). From the given details, your Vodacom Smart Tab 3G may be having a corrupt firmware requiring a reload as per the tutorial here http://satechhelp.co.za/6361/Flash-Vodacom-Smart-Tab-3g Also note that the circle can take up to a minute or so following a hard reset. But of cause, anything more than that has to mean trouble.
