Hello. Sounds like your Mobiwire halona has frozen.

  • Press and hold the power button untill your Mobiwire halona reboots to soft reset it.
  • Remove all apps running in backround.
  • Uninstall unnecessary apps to free up internal storage. Have at least 350MB+ free space on internal storage.
  • Press and hold the action button and close all running apps.
