Hi how do I reset the Sansui e-tab WIB1000?

Hi, Its the 10 inch Tab with windows 8 on it
The WIB 1000

It installed windows updates and restarted but gets stuck showing the "Sansui" logo every time
I tried getting into recovery mode. It displays options like "Restart" or "Advanced Options" but it doesn't respond to tapping or any of the buttons at the side so its impossible to select an option

Is there a way to factory reset it by a secret button somewhere?
I tried plugging in my USB cable but the PC doesn't pick up the tab

Hello. Please follow the instructions below to get into Recovery mode.

  1. Turn off your e-tab WIB1000. Press and hold down the power button and select 'Power Off' then 'OK' from the pop up box.
  2. While the WIB 1000 is at off mode' press and hold the 'Reset key together with the power key at the same time for about 10 seconds.
  3. Wait for the screen to turn on and then release both keys and press the reset key only
  4. The 'system recovery' screen should appear.
  5.  Use 'Home' & 'Menu' buttons to navigate within the menu.
  6. Select the 'wipe data/factory reset' option & press 'Reset' key to confirm action.
  7. Then select 'Yes- delete all user data' & press 'Reset' key to confirm.
  8. Navigate to reboot/restart using the Home' & or 'Menu keys.
  9. Press the 'Reset' button to reboot/restart your Sansui e-tab WIB1000.
