Hey - the standard system seems to have issues re-capturing details from a SASSA account which have been previously registered and deregistered. Yes it seems to be but a mere system fault and not a deliberate measure intended to prevent re-registration. Contact support for at info@zazooltd.com and you you be assisted with the re-registration.
