Hey, sorry for delayed reply - You will need to configure the AG Whut zappa's  APN settings (depending on what network you are on). You can comment below with the name of your Wireless Network Service Provider or ring their Customer Care center's number for a step-by-step walk through on configuring the device's Access Point Name settings.
