Possible reasons below

  1. The power is off. 
  2. Water supply is cut off or water pressure is too low 
  3. The filtering screen of the inlet valve is blocked by dirt 
  4. The inlet valve coil is damaged (A slight electromagnetic sound is normal when the inlet valve is operating) 
  5. The “Start/Pause” button is pressed after the power switch is pressed
